Anna Boryczko

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. I have also completed the School of American Law program conducted by The Catholic University in Washington, D.C., postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Krakow School of Business at the University of Economics in Krakow, and a one-year training for lawyers in the field of procedural law and contracts. I have been a licensed legal advisor since 2013.

I am fluent in legal and business English.

During many years of cooperation with companies from various industries, I have specialized in drafting and analyzing contracts, including construction contracts (including FIDIC), contracts for project work, IT contracts, development contracts, and others. This area requires an analytical approach and the ability to anticipate risks that may arise in the future. Family law, which I also deal with, requires a different approach, primarily empathy and understanding, in order to best understand the client’s needs and advise on choosing the best solution.

I always prioritize an individual approach to the client and understanding their needs. Then, I proceed in a way that aims to achieve the set goal. I constantly collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers and legal advisors.
